I love Frozen Yogurt! I can't say that enough! But after trying almost all the yogurt places in Manila I discovered that frozen yogurt aint cheap! Until....one day while walking around Megamall with my family I saw a small, nondescript kiosk in the corner of the A building and decided to see what they were selling there. Lo and behold, they were selling Frozen Yogurt!....and, mind you, at a fraction of the price that most yogurt places were selling them for! I decided to order the medium cup which was only 60 bucks and after giving it a try, my stomach chimed: "there's a party in me tummy" and that was when I decided that this was my top yogurt place to eat at. Another thing I love about this place is that the yogurt is really filled up and not hollow in the middle! All the frozen yogurt fans should definitely try this place out. Its called YOGURTBUD. They not only sell frozen yogurt but also regular yogurt, yogurt spread, yogurt drinks, and yogurt smoothies with frozen yogurts on top of them! This should be in your MUST TASTE NOW list.

Today I went to Rockwell (www.e-rockwell.com and powerplantmall.multiply.com) with my dad to admire the beautiful cars on display. One in particular really caught me eye and it is the 2009 Porsche Carrera S. I was really drawn to the Porsche. You see, I am a magpie. I am attracted to shiny and expensive things. Maybe because its in my blood. My uncle Ken owns 2 Porsches and he always takes me out for a ride when I visit him in Canada. I am sure he will love this new marvel. I had 2 celebrations for my 6th birthday. One at school with all of my classmates and the other one with my best girl friends in where else but my favorite dessert place in the whole wide world...CUPCAKES by SONJA! Tita Sonja (the owner) is the nicest lady ever! She had tables reserved for me and my friends, gave us yummy yummy yummy cupcakes and juice, and this summer we get to learn how to bake cupcakes too! Everyone should try her cupcakes out! If I had it my way, I would go to CUPCAKES every day. Oh well, I guess I could live with twice a week...for now! They are just so irresistibly good!

Today I went shopping for more presents! (My birthday is Feb. 17) Some presents I got to open right away but the others I'll have to open on the date itself. I'm so excited! Here I am wearing one of my "open right away" gifts. My pink wayfarers! I just love these shades! But so far, the best present I got was from my mama (grandma)....

A CHANEL BAG!!!! My mama and my mom think that I am ready to have another Chanel bag because I am taking very good care of my pink one! I am responsible enough to add another one to my growing collection! I chose this bag because of the swarovski crystal logo. I am a magpie! I love sparkly things!

Yogurt and Movie Day

Yesterday after school, I went to watch Beverly Hills Chihuahua and ate yogurt with one of my bestfriends, Kimi. It was such a fun day! The movie was awesome! The Yogurt...YUMMY as always!

This is what I wore: (I got alot of compliments for it)

I frequent LULU BELLE in Rockwell Mall. The yogurt there is sooo good! The owner is very kind. She says I am cute and she loves my hat and skinny jeans!

Mama (my grandma) ordered the natural with walnuts, Mom ordered the natural with bananas, and I ordered the natural and strawberry mix!

Tanuki in Japanese means "Racoon Dog". This legendary character is known for being jolly and mischievous (like me), a master of disguise, and sometimes gullible and absentminded. These statues can be found outside Japanese temples and restaurants. It is believed that the Tanuki hold 8 special traits that bring good fortune. According to Wikepedia these 8 traits are:

1. A bamboo hat that protects against trouble

2. Big eyes to perceive the environment and help make good decisions

3. A sake bottle that represents virtue

4. A big tail that provides steadiness and strength until success is achieved

5. Over-sized testicles that symbolize financial luck

6. A promissory note that represents trust

7. A big belly that symbolizes bold decisiveness

My favorite songs of Corinne Bailey Rae are Just like a Star and Butterfly. Her songs take me to a different place. A place where everything is pastel, nostalgic, and all tea and cookies. When I hear her songs, I am reminded of colors like Robin's Egg Blue, peach, light sunflower yellow, mint green, lavender, and my favorite color pink. She helps me unwind while I am doing my homework or having a bubble bath. I also like to sing to her songs and write songs inspired by her music.

The Princess and the Frog

Once upon a time, there was a little Princess named Audrey who was very very bored....

She decided to take a walk in the woods and that was where she stumbled upon a frog . She spoke to it and touched it, but the frog stayed very still. Could this be a magical frog? She pondered....

But her walk made her too sleepy to think and so she took a nap....

When she awoke, she had a brilliant idea....Maybe if she kissed the frog, it would turn into a prince!....

After kissing the frog she closed her eyes and waited in excitment....but the frog stayed still.
Princess Audrey started to ponder again....

But it was already getting very late and she promised to go with her grandmother to Chanel to pick out new bags and shoes for the ball.....She will just have to go back tomorrow....The next day, after finishing her chores, she ran Back to the forest to see if there were new changes in the frog. To her disappointment, she found it just the same way as she had left it....

And she grew impatient and walked back to the castle. She was very sad....

Princess Audrey had a sleepless night and tossed and turned in bed. She kept thinking about the frog....then she remembered what her grandfather, the king (who was full of wisdom) had once told her: "Audrey, you must believe. Believe in the magic." and that gave Audrey hope....So she decided to go back one last time to the forest to see the frog....
The next day as soon as she woke up, she ran straight to the forest. When she got there, something magical had happened!

The frog opened its mouth and said: "Audrey, patience is a virtue. I'm glad you did not give up; and as a reward, I will give you a little frog to remind you to always believe in the magic."

She thanked her grandfather for the wise words and from that day on, she has always believed in the magic.

And she lived happily ever after!
